Click-n-Clean is a program with a set of instructions to perform the following tasks:

Is Click-n-Clean a substitute for my current Anti-Virus program?

No. Although Click-n-Clean is designed to work with a specific set of programs and a specific Anti-virus system. In other words if you currently don’t have the anti-virus program we use or an antivirus at all, Click-n-Clean will not work.
